No experience is required. Little Champions is designed to welcome complete beginners. Our instructors guide every student through technique step by step from the very first class — you just need to show up.

Most students notice real improvements in fitness, focus, and technique within the first 30–60 days. Confidence gains tend to happen faster — many students feel a difference within the first few weeks of consistent training.
Just wear comfortable athletic clothes — shorts and a t-shirt are perfect. No uniform or equipment is needed until you decide to enroll. We take care of everything else for your first session.
